Cheerday Listed in Hangzhou “Future Factory” Directory!
Release Time ：2022-02-28 Back To ListOn January 21, the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology officially released the list of enterprises recognized as Hangzhou “Future Factory” for 2021. A total of 48 enterprises across the city were selected, including 5 Chain Leader Factories, 18 Smart Factories and 25 Digital Workshops. Hangzhou Cheerday Co., Ltd. successfully qualified as a Smart Factory, earning its place on the municipal list.
Cheerday is a high-tech enterprise specializing in beer production and sales. In 2015, it was designated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a pilot enterprise for implementing the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management System. To raise the level of control and intelligent management covering production, quality, equipment and marketing, and meet stringent requirements for craft beer and personalized customization, the company launched the project of Smart Factory for Craft Beer Based on Industrial Internet in 2019.
The project adopts an integrated architecture of “Smart Factory + Industrial Internet”. By introducing an automatic valve matrix control system and personalized customization solutions, the company focuses on building modules including the industrial internet platform, information systems, manufacturing operation systems, technological innovation systems and business management systems. Constructed from the control layer, information layer, execution layer and management layer, the system realizes comprehensive intelligent control covering production lines, product inspection, quality traceability and production equipment. It achieves digitalized production equipment, informatized production management, data interconnection, intelligent warehousing & logistics, and personalized marketing models.
The smart factory project of Cheerday is embodied in six major application scenarios: intelligent production, networked collaboration, personalized customization, and extended services built upon personalized solutions. Delivering sound results after nearly three years of implementation, the factory reaches an automation efficiency of 90% with a 100% connectivity rate of key equipment. Product output and quality have been greatly improved; the material feeding cycle has decreased by 7.69% year-on-year, while customized production volume and customized sales have risen by 225% and 180% year-on-year respectively.
Through information infrastructure development, smart manufacturing, intelligent marketing and digital management, the company realizes platform-based data operation, lean production and integrated monitoring & control. Cheerday has gradually acquired operational capabilities to organically integrate three production modes: mass production, mass customized production and small-batch personalized customized production. This provides solid technical support for product and service innovation, builds core competitiveness for the enterprise’s smart enterprise strategy, and lays a firm foundation for developing into a service-oriented manufacturer.
