On February 5, the 8th day of the Lunar New Year, all Qianpi staff returned to work after the Spring Festival break. Bearing festive greetings and best wishes, Zheng Xiaofeng, Chairman of the Company, together with the management team including Yu Aiping, Lu Dongliang, Guo Zefeng, Zheng Mingchuan, Dan Chao, Pan Guoheng, Yu Gongping, Wang Jing, and Wang Yongjun, Chairman of the Trade Union, visited every department. “Happy New Year! Greetings to everyone!” At each stop, they extended New Year blessings and conveyed hopes for the year ahead.
New year, new starting point. Targeting the development of a world-leading beer brewery, Chairman Zheng set new requirements for all departments. He called on everyone to forge ahead vigorously in 2025 and present outstanding performance as a tribute to the Company’s 40th anniversary.
For the Production Department, Chairman Zheng stressed that product quality comes first. Only premium products can secure the company an unassailable market position. He urged departments to upgrade employees’ professional skills and pursue ultimate quality.
He required production workshops to pay close attention to details, strengthen on-site management, standardize operating procedures strictly, and ensure zero defects. The R&D department shall benchmark top international enterprises to identify gaps and consolidate technical support for the company’s innovative development. The Logistics Department needs to lift service standards, deliver faster and more efficient services to satisfy customers. The General Production Department shall tighten supervision, improve systems and standards covering the whole process from raw material intake to finished goods delivery, reinforce safety management, and uphold the company’s foremost corporate image.
For the Sales Department, Chairman Zheng asked the team to strengthen awareness of win-win cooperation, customer service and innovation, solve problems with scientific methods, explore markets with internet thinking, expand effective sales channels and foster new growth drivers for performance. For the Customized Sales Division, he required the team to develop high-quality clients and deliver targeted services to key customers. Faced with fierce market competition, the team shall rise to challenges and make new contributions to the company.
For functional departments, Chairman Zheng encouraged continuous learning and comprehensive capability improvement. Finance teams shall practice rigorous cost control; Administration shall enhance oversight and system optimization; Brand teams shall integrate aesthetic concepts to turn every product into a work of art. With more professional management, functional departments shall provide solid support and help business frontlines achieve greater results.
Regarding the Beer Town, Chairman Zheng called for sustained innovation. Excellence shall be pursued in creative content, scenario construction, product quality, customer service and sanitation. With distinctive products and premium experience, the Beer Town will attract more visitors and expand its brand influence.
Warm applause and festive greetings welcomed the management team wherever they went. All Qianpi staff, stepping onto the new journey with great aspirations, rallied their spirits rapidly upon returning to posts. They devoted themselves to daily work with full enthusiasm and high morale.
